@Greg Holloway - Thank You. Is there any way in the meantime to test PT100 amplifiers as a double check? I was pretty sure I wired everything up correctly because it was printing fine. I have not posted any of the prints so here is my benchy and if you look at my RS EXT pic you can see the blower fan mount that I needed to print. I also have to print the idler bearing mount to the RS extruder unless you have one to toss in the box with the board. If not no big deal, just gives me more practice.

    Thanks Again

@Greg Holloway - Yes right side extruder, The picture labeled RS Ext in my previous post shows the part I made (Print Fan Bracket) out of the gray PLA and the missing Extruder Idler.

@Greg Holloway - Just wrapping up the Commissioning when I also encountered the "Err Max Temp". I read everything you pointed out to @Joe Check - and I'm at the same point as he is. Wiring is checked and rechecked. The only thing that was noticeable when I was putting things together was that one the blower motor's black wire was pinched with the black twisty that was used and also a black wire was knotted for one of the little black fans that goes on the Hot End Mount. It was not in the Hot End Kit box like the other one was, it was in a separate box.. But I straightened them out and I don't think that either those two fans would cause this Error Message. I can't get past the screen to finish up the Commissioning. I'm stuck at he Powering Up the BigBox after Securing the IR Sensor.

@Richard Barbosa It looks like the second PT100 or temperature sensor is no working. Check the cables and connections then swap the connectors for the PT100s around on the amplifier boards and see if the error following it over to heater id 0. if it does its the PT100.

@Greg Holloway - OK but the screens read out is really bad now...can't barely see the word since the octoprint upgrade and setting adjustments.

Pop the screen off and adjust the potentionmeter on the back, it will fix the backlight.

@Greg Holloway - Now it octoprint says:
Machine State: Error: MAXTEMP triggered, system stopped! Heater_ID: 0

Don't know if its the sensor, wiring and amplifier...wiring looks ok so I'm left with the sensor and the amp board unless something is wrong with the wiring internally.

By the way I swapped the small two prong connector on the amp board not the larger three prong connector...if that helps with the diagnosis.

@Greg Holloway - I switched everything back to the way it was originally (small black 2 prong female connector not the 3 prong female connector) and Octo now says:

Machine State: Error: MAXTEMP triggered, system stopped! Heater_ID: 1

@Greg Holloway - Please let me know what to do what are going to do about the ERR:MAX TEMP.
Also the screen gets lighter(blank...just blue) the longer you leave it one or maybe as it get hotter.

    From this: First Image
    To this: Second Image

I have not adjusted the screen yet.

    looks like a failed PT100.

Drop a message to support and we'll send out a replacement.

OK was just seeing if you had a similar issue with that error as I have been getting (I get it on rc5 but not on stock).
