I'm on my 3rd heat block + heat break in as many months. I know the heat break is super fragile and snaps easily, but I cannot seem to get them out of the heat block without it bending or breaking. Most recently, a nozzle snapped off in the heat block! I had my original v6 since it was released and swapped nozzles and regularly disassembled everything for cleaning on a regular basis until I finally snapped the heat break off. I've had nothing but problems with the new cartridge design. I've tried all manners of heating and cooling the block with all its items stuck to no avail.

Are there any tips or tricks out there that work for you?

Just to be clear, you tried to unscrew the nozzle at temperature?

When you assemble everything, the final step where you give it a 1/4 turn at temp, are you stopping at a quarter, are you doing the heat to 280 and final quarter turn at the end? Are you using only the provided heat paste when assembling and nothing else like loctite?

As far as the heat break goes I always go after the after I loosen the nozzel you just have to be careful?
