    Hello,

I am commissioning a new big box printer and am having trouble getting the Z-calibration step right. When I move the build plate all the way up to complete step 4.3.1 of the commissioning process, the fan housing hits the bed before the nozzle (see image). I've tried removing the fan housing and shifting it up but it is at the top of its slots in the back. So my only thought is that the nozzle is somehow too high and needs to be brought down. Any ideas what's going on here?

Could you take a few more photos of how the hot end is put together?

It looks like the heartbreak fan is touching the heating block there which isn't right.
