i saw lots of chipping from the copper block , the chips looked like thin glass ,i thought it was part of the nickel...
unfortunately the nickel plating came off after around 30-50 hrs of print . print temp was never above 400c .
any plans to make tungsten carbide nozzles ? hardened steel nozzles loose hardness at high temps .
i managed to print it by printing thin layer of abs (like abs raft) and the ultem held with no issues .
i'm trying to print ultem (pei) with bed temp at 130c and it seems regular glue stick doesn't work (just makes crazy fumes). i'm having hard time...
