Here is a remix of Skimmy's PanelDue i7 case for the Tool Changer. Super simple design that prints easily, assembles easily and allows for 280mm...
Here is a mount I made to replace the IR sensor and mount with a BLTouch. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4166730
I made this adapter plate when I upgraded from the RUMBA controller to the Duet2Wifi. Worked like a charm! I used motherboard standoffs inserted...
I placed some of the small plastic spacers under the heated bed PCB. (So from bottom to top: standoff, washer, plastic spacer, PCB, washer,...
Been through two rolls so far. There is a noticable difference in quality at 195 vs 200. 195 seems to be the sharpest. Planning on doing some...
http://thefoxsmart.com/product/pla-filament-2/ At $18 USD per 1kg roll, it's hard to beat. Getting VERY good results at 195C. Support just pops...
Man do I wish the Y axis was a whisper quiet as the rest of the steppers. If It was I wouldn't even know the printer was printing.
Support has been absolutely stellar! Kudos to E3D!
They did get me a 3rd Rumba, new bed, and wiring harness. I chose to still limit max bed power to 60% just to avoid another problem. Bed still...
I used a thin fillet knife to hold the nut and trap in place. Worked great.
Had the same problem. Just kept moving the IR sensor up and down until it homed the Z axis perfectly. Disable steppers and move the X axis from...

Should say I still plan to limit max bed temp to less than 100% just as a safety measure.
As always, E3D customer service shines through. New bed, harness and Rumba on the way. I'll make sure to measure voltages and resistances before I...
Yeah it's an odd number. I just changed it to 115200 in the firmware. So much easier.
Decided to try it again... This time I limited max bed power to 50% via firmware. Hopefully that will prevent further damage. So far so good with...
Limiting bed power to 1/2 or "127" will be a must for me if I ever get this working again...
Both leads from the power supply also read 24.4v
Good news is it is 1.7ohms direct from the board and also when read from the end of the harness, so I don't think it's the harness.
Ok bed resistance is 1.7ohms and voltage straight out of the bed terminals without the bed hooked up while heating is 24.4v, when not heating it...
