    Aluminum Bigbox frame
    Material 6061 Aluminum
    Waterjet cut
    Material Thickness after cut .19" = 4.83mm
Hoping to add .002" after anodization to get it around .192" = 4.88mm
8 pieces total (specific to non electronic components)
Everything else will be white acrylic
Multiple quotes were requested prices ranged from $570 to $1100 USD
Ended up with Waterjet West (http://www.waterjetwest.com/)
    Cost $570USD for 8 pieces.
Prices were not with shipping as they are large and heavy parts and I live close. I imagine shipping would be a killer I am assuming around 50-100USD.
Still determining what color to anodize. Suggestions are welcome.

I would put a thin sheet of rubber on the underside of the bottom sheet where the electronics are. The design was for something that that non-conductive. Not sure how well it was designed to have aluminum above it.

    Besides that, very pretty.

I'll try and answer some questions from my phone. The bottom sheet is still acrylic. I only cut specific pieces. All the remaining pieces not shown will be acrylic.

Yes it was waterjet cut, and it turned out very nice even the tiny tiny holes.

It was mentioned about leaving the cutouts in the side. I decided to not have the cutouts but if I find it super crucial for something specific, I have a mill in my backyard and will make the cuts accordingly.

Ehhhh, I think you might regret that... But it looks awesome. You are going to anodize it right?

I very well might. I'm not too worried either way.

That looks fantastic, will you share pricing and where you got the work done? I could see myself upgrading if it isn't astronomical. Maybe there could be a group rate!

So envious! I see you made the top and front one piece like I suggested.

Actually yes. thanks for pointing that out too. I love and use hatchbox external spool holders.

I guess I should of removed lower mounting points too.
