Having to self isolate has given me two days to sit down and design something.

It's all conceptual at the moment, as my Toolchanger doesn't arrive until tomorrow, but thought I would share what I have so far.

I've positioned the Mosquito so the tip is in the same place as on the V6. I'm using the internals from a BMG, and a NEMA 17 motor. I tried getting the drive closer to the Mosquito, but no luck so far.

There is still more to do - no cable management yet, but would love some feedback on everything so far.

    Thanks,

    Mike

I've received my printed prototype (had to use most of my current printer building my new one) and everything looks great. Hoping to get everything up and running in the next day or two so I can test.

Had to do some minor trimming, but on the whole very happy.

Couldn't wait for putting all the threaded inserts in, had to try it, and it works!

Need to sort the offsets out, but on the whole I'm very happy with it.

Any progress on this design? How does it perform? Ready for prime time?
