Answering e mails

    How long does it take for support to reply to e mails on faulty parts ?

    I've sent 3 off now and still no reply after quite a few days now

    I've raised a few queries and requests for replacement items and always had a response within 24-48 hours (usually 24) apart from one which took 4 days and they apologised for the delay in dealing with it.

    Mm I'm still waiting. The fan has stopped working as well since I typed this out. :(

    So far, and I've only just received this kit, I've had a motor not work, the threaded insert in the mounting plate not work and now the fan stopped, not that impressed.
