How long does it take for support to reply to e mails on faulty parts ? I've sent 3 off now and still no reply after quite a few days now
I've raised a few queries and requests for replacement items and always had a response within 24-48 hours (usually 24) apart from one which took 4 days and they apologised for the delay in dealing with it.
So far, and I've only just received this kit, I've had a motor not work, the threaded insert in the mounting plate not work and now the fan stopped, not that impressed.
OT but that FB banner at the bottom of every post is really annoying me, they don't need any more free advertising
