I ordered V5 on 24/4; it arrived and has sat in it's packing because I was on holiday. I arrive home and V6 is announced :cry: . . . I don't suppose there's an exchange service???
Hi mike, I am in similar ish problem. I brought a v5 a month a go (well it was a gift) to go toward my new dual hot end printer. I only have one and with the new v6 coming it out has different dimensions making non compatible with my new printer I am currently building. I am wondering the same question too? Mines not been used but the Haribo have disappeared
I wouldn't worry about it at all. V5 is an excellent hot-end in all aspects and it performs just as well.
I had a similar problem, but after a quick phone chat with Sanjay, he agreed to take back the unused V5 parts for credit - I then ordered the necessary V6 bits once the credit showed up on my account. Good result - and great customer service - and the packet of Haribo Starmix was a nice touch!
