Hi, I just bought a Lite 6 hotend from TAW Global in Amazon (Quantum3d) They claim to be an authorized reseller by E3D but can't find them on the reseller map. Is the reseller authorized? In case this hotend was manufactured a couple of years ago, has there been any change to its design or different versions of this hotend? Thanks in advance ^^.
Hi Anthony, Many thanks for your message. I can confirm that TAW Global are one of our genuine resellers however they must of been missed off our map. We are now rectifying this and getting them added to our map so they shall appear on it soon. Kind regards, Natalie
