After Thomas Sanlanderer's last video of his bedloader (for a voron), I was able to convince the boss to open source the bed loader design I have been working on that we have been using in production for several months now. STP files and some pictures are here: https://github.com/KeltecCNC/Toolchanger-BedLoader A stack of beds goes in the magazine on the right, and they come out on the left. beds are spring steel and held on to the z axis with magnets. round rubber belting is used for the conveyor, with a stepper motor setup as an axis. Servos slide the bed over so it drops on the conveyor. another heavy duty servo on the left will lift and angle the bed to move it forward to roll down the catch slide. This allows us to print unattended over the weekend.
