    Hi guys,

How many people would be interested in an acrylic frame for the bb?

I have access to a laser machine to cut the required parts. May even be able to produce spare parts.

Please let me know below and I will work prices out.

    Thanks

Old_Tafr is right. Cutting aluminum plate with a laser takes hundreds of watts. We're talking water cooled CO2 lasers and such. The aluminum EphBox/BigBox frames I've had made in the US were done with a waterjet.

A complete set of aluminum panels made from 3/16" (4.8 mm) sheet runs me about $700. Shipping in the USA is about a $100.

Alon. I like it. Maybe slightly on the pricey side but damn it would look awesome.

10kg is practically a paperweight in the CNC world... ;)
