    BigBox Support <support@bigbox-3d.com>

Hey guys. I am getting very frustrated with the lack of help or support for my big box.

I have received wrong parts, missing parts, bad parts, (rumba and raspberry pi.). I ordered the raspberry pi on my own and replaced it.

The build manual is incomplete and not accurate and does not seem to being updated.

I have the bigbox working now finally and octoprint up and and running and can control the bigbox through otcoprint.

The bigbox however will not recognize that there is an SD CARD inserted yet, I can browse through the sd card on the LCD. I can not print from the SD from the LCD.

I can load a file to print in octoprint from the SD and when i Print it goes through the motions of printing benchy but does not extrude any filament.

I am asking again. after asking here and on the forum without resolve.

Will someone please take the time to help me get my bigbox up and running instead of just taking up a lot of space on my bench? Please?

Can you help through skype? or teamviewer? I have a webcam and the cam on the printer.

    Please?

Does your extruded motor run when printing? Possibly sounds like that's not hooked up right.

IF i run the extruders through the control in octoprint, both nozzles will heat and both will extrude manually.

tool 0 is the bowden titan
tool 1 is the direct titan

I am also having trouble with bed leveling.

Auto home and x and y travel seem to be right on the money.

Have you tried printing something you have sliced your self? I think I remember having some similar problems with the supplied benchy. It would not extrude.

About the bed leveling. Are you using MBL?

I followed the bed leveling procedure in the guide with the strip of paper. but the bed still comes all the way up and smashes the print head.

Do you ever see the red led on the z-probe? Move paper under the probe to see if it triggers.

The probe is working it does trigger. but when you home the bed comes up uneven and too far and smashes against the print head.
