Don't forget that parts of BB 1.0 are printed in "Material X": some of the bits around the hotend. THAT is the high temperature material. Edge isn't and I think Richrap said the wrong thing. Perhaps because he hadn't opened the box yet!

@Greg Holloway Couple of questions now that I am back up and running hardware wise:
1. Which way round are your extruders? Currently on mine the direct titan on the x-carriage is T1 and the rear-mount bowden is T0. When extruding T1 spins the wrong way (I presume that T0 may although I haven't tried it yet). I presume perhaps these should be the other way around and then the firmware (in terms of motor direction) is consistent for all BigBox types?
2. Is the titan wiki steps/mm of:
200 * 16 * 3 / (6.7 * 3.142) = 456
(or should that be 400 for a 0.9, thus 912 steps)
Good to use as a starting point?
Here is a photo of the rear of the BigBox with the titan mounted for those that are interested:
1: There is a new F/W version coming shortly (RC4) which has the correct settings. You will probably find that the direction does need swapping.
You are absolutely correct to set the direct drive titan extruder to T1 and the bowden to T0. We have an S3D profile setup to work that way.
2: If you are using a 200step motor the steps-per-mm are ~456, if you're using the 400step motor then it is double that at ~912 steps-per-mm
The docs are still being written but I hope to have them done soon!
Is the Bowden drive dampened as the Y axis is? Or is it mounted directly to the chassis?
No worries Greg, you're doing a good job. I'm using the standard motors at the moment so will be on 912.
It's mounted directly. There isn't any point with the damper on the Bowden Extruder. The noise is next to nothing.
Which carriage parts do we need to print for the hybrid dual upgrade?
1 x point one hot ends.
1 x point one hi temp ir probe
1 x point one high temp dual fan
1 x point one front clamp
1 x point on rear clamp
My issue is which bits I need to go on top of the hot ends?
You want a e3d_extruder if you're using titan.
@elmoret I just ordered from you a Titan, Taulman Bluprint, ptfe tube and the Bowden coupler (may not need now, but will eventually). I am simply doing a BB Pro to a single Titan for now. Is there anything that I missed?
Does he give out haribo?

I think you got it all. You'll need a longer GT2 belt IIRC, but we don't sell GT2 belting. You will need to use the groovemount adaptor even with a single extruder - the hybrid carriage uses a short length of PTFE between the hotend and Titan.

@Greg Holloway I'm just putting together some firmware to keep me going:

The X probably needs bumping I imagine? I had a crash due to the Z not homing correctly. Something like 20 or 30?
Anyone tried the new ooze wiper yet?
