I ordered them, they need to finish producing the internal gear, but should be shipping soon. I will definitely keep everyone informed...
I am thinking in about a month I should be finished. Things take longer when you have a new-born baby.

Decided to go for it, parts just came in, but have some prints that need to happen before the switch incase something goes wrong.

04.mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 3 bottom and 3 top layer, 15% infil.

You'll need support on the x_bearing_retainer_x2.stl and x_motor.stl.

You'll want to print the two fans in a high-temp material and with supports at the bottom where the vents are.

Greg, what is the screw pitch on the integrated lead screw / stepper that you will be selling? Since I am in the US, is there a closer supplier you know of?
    Thanks!

We are having them made specifically to fit the bigbox, any pitch will work its the length that is important at 365mm from the motor face plate. We are going for a 2mm pitch. The other important part is to check the nut is the same or you'll have to modify the bed.

Is there enough space for the Belt of the other cartridge?
Can you share your modified design?

You know what, I didn't notice that the Bowden tube runs between the belts... I will have to look at this again.

@Greg Holloway could you post a picture from above and please tell me the spacing between the belts?

The distant between the belts is ~13mm (16T pulley dimension).

    The motors are 30mm apart.

The space between the two belts is ~17mm.

It should be possible to fit the nimble on, but you'll most likely need to remodel the tops to leave space for the belts. If there are step files of the nimble extruder or a at the very least a foot pattern I can have a try for you....

Thanks for all the information given so far. I'm happy to say I've got the components ordered and just started printing the parts. Looking forward to trying out bowden IDEX instead of Chase's Dual Direct. I'm guessing the lowered weight (single active hotend and bowden) would allow for higher speeds without ringing?

Also looking forward to your TMC2100 guide, Greg!

You will definitely have to lift the nimble up out the way of the belt path. I have found files for the nimble on thingiverse | https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1843195

I'll have a look at making adapted top parts next week... Did you get both a standard and left handed nimble or two standards?

They are interchangeable so I can make them left or right handed. And thanks for your help.

Greg, I am thinking of doing the same thing (using a Nimble... I gave up on trying to adapt the Titan for flex cable drive in the space available),
    so Thank You!

Managed to find a few minutes to do the right top. Stl is on thingiverse, it's too big to attach apparently. It's a bit of a hack but it should work. I'll get the left one done another time.
