Hello the filament report a 240 nozzle and 120 bed heat.
I own a Original Prusa MK2 and I've printed at 200um with ABS prusa profile that set nozzle to 255 and bed to 100.

Trying to print at 50 um I get strange issues on the perimeters of my objects.

Example attached (hollow cube, just first layer and 2 perimeters. stopped print)

I don't think, The first layer seems nice :( Thank you anyway :)

I've tried to change the nozzle temp from 230 to 260 and the print speed from 100% to 80 to 60 to 20%...but nothing.

    Got even worse

Perhaps ABS just doesn't like to be printed in such thin layers. I do notice that with ABS you get these bits that seem to appear on the surface, but haven't tried printing the model you're printing there. Happy to give it a go if you want to drop in an STL.

    Sure ^^ Thank you

Attached the stl of the hollow cube at 0.05 (changed just the first layer to be 0.2 or it will be unremovable at 0.05)

Edit: Added also the stl. If you reslice remember to set 1 bottom layer, 0 top layer, 2 perimeters, no infill

Forewarning, I've never successfully got much out of my printer at this resolution, but I've got a spare moment or two today and will try this down though the layer heights as a learning exercise also for myself. Will keep you posted.
