Received my replacement cover and bearings for Bearingate, when I went to replace it this afternoon, the bolt that holds the flywheel / hobbed bolt in place (which consistently unwinds itself), came out caked with black gunk and appeared to have been worn down.

This was after wiping it down quite a bit:

I'm assuming the flywheel is grinding away? I tried not to tighten the bolt too much, but it then comes undone and I come back and it is almost falling out.

Do I just need a replacement flywheel?

When putting everything back together, I swapped this one with one of the other long ones, but that might just grind away further.

This is not something we have seen before. This might be due to the bearing failing and the hobb rubbing directly onto the bolt, and the plastic being printed finding it's way there and sticking to the bolt. If this happens again, feel free to contact support as we would be interested to investigate the cause of this.
