So after I got my V6 jamming COMPLETELY with ABS, I had to disassemble it in order to give it the good ol' acetone bath. After disasembling it (destroying the thermistor in the process given the fact that the wires stick to the washer horribly bad, and it's not possible to turn the bolt without turning the wires) I gave it the acetone bath and when it's clean, I proceed to assembly. I weren't even making so much force when assembling the nozzle when it suddenly snapped, leaving the thread inside the block. This didn't happen with V5, and oh boy I made way more force than that. Anyway, does anyone have any idea of how should I put that thread out?
I would use an easy out like the one shown here: http://www.amazon.com/pcs-Easy-Out-Set- ... 7QHZMZFVYJ They sell these at most hardware stores also.
