I'm looking at Hemera for several months, but I need it for Anycubic 4Max Pro (right now I'm using Aero there). Can I rotate motor 90 degrees or is it Prusa-Ender only extruder (left/right only mounting)?

The motor itself has a physical slot in its front plate for the Hemera's drive gears. That said, it cannot be rotated.

The Hemera stepper motor unit seems to be designed for future mirrored use. I assume for that configuration, the factory will rotate the aluminum endplate (the one with the drive gear sticking out) by 180°. I would not recommend disassembling the stepper motor or taking off the endplates for warranty reasons though.
