Can vaping technology change the way we heat up nozzle's?

I am a vaper. My gear uses a mesh to heat and it's temp controlled by the resistence. Some time I wonder why we dont use this technology in the nozzle it self. Arround the nozzle we can integrate some isolation with a mesh heating up the nozzle. By doing this we don't need an hotend with cooling I suppose. The heat is direclty fed into the nozzle so you need less power. There is vaping gear going up to 200W so power enough.

Any idea why this is not being used? Or is it a great idea?
