Hi Everyone I have the following on my TEVO Little monster: 1. E3D V6 Heat Sink 2. E3D Volcano titanium heat break 3. E3D Volcano Copper heater block 4. E3D Volcano 0.4 harden nozzle. When I am changing fibers I try to do the following: 1. Heat to the extrusion temperature for the current filament. 2. Extrude some filament to get fresh filament into the heat chamber 3. Pull the filament 4. Insert cleaner filament and clear the previous filament type 5. Remove the cleaner filament 6. Change to extrusion temperature to the new filaments temperature The problem that I am getting is that after step 3, when I insert the new filament it doesn't seem to reach the heat chamber, I can pull it back out and see the freshly clipped tip. If remove the nozzle; the fiber will not emerge from the heater block, though sometimes I can ram it though. But at this point it's time to swap to a clean nozzle.
