LOL just had a closer look, they looked so familiar but you edited them... mine are 90° and you don't have a flow divider inside (yet)...

I havn't put the Y-motor into my model yet, so it might be an issue with the left tool to reach full X at the back of the bed. I was thinking of putting the Y-motor at the back if needed (not shure if needed yet)

I want the sensor accessible and I think it is easier to reach the full bed with it in front.

Ok, are you able to see how far Y max the carriage can move with the ducts in the rear? I think it might hit the Y shaft at the back.

Seems to be a slight interference, but if I cut the top part of the fan shroud (I do not believe it is needed) it is clear. The nozzle is far off the bed here, Z probe about 5mm inside the back end Dual idex direct v18.png

Looks structural, you could extrude down and out a bit, and like you said cut the top and have the same function.

It was just a sketch on each inside face and then sweep...

I'm hoping for pressure drop across nozzle openings will be enough to equalize airflow a bit.

I think it will be ok if the bltouch is in a 5-10mm, doesn't need to hit the very edge I don't think :)

I don't have it yet. I mirrored the motor mount and bought a belt that might fit. But I have to cut an additional hole for that belt...

I mocked up a mirrored mount as well in F360 and got a length of 183.5mm. I just ordered 6 closed belts ranging 180 - 194mm lengths for $36. Just under the VAT limit for imports :)

Looks really good - thanks for all the hard work. Hopefully I can get started printing this sometime in the next few days.

Keen to see how well it performs :)

    Noted :)

I need to order some bits anyway (like new motors, more belt)....

Likely to be at least a week if not longer before I actually get to play, but I really want to play now! :D

Me too... My BB sleeps since I made those servo wipers for material changes which worked well but I didn't like the IDEX parts. Wanted to print new ones but the carriages with that huge ceiling... I just don't like it...
