I have moded my CR10 for dual extrusion but after some hours one of the extruders will get stuck and cannot feed any more filament to the nozzle.
When that happens I pull the filament all the way out (which takes quite some force) to find the first 5mm to be about 0.5mm wider which would explain why the extruder cannot feed the filament into the nozzle.

    But how can that be?
Could it be that the heat creeps back up the heatbreak and cause the filament to squish out somewhere?
    How can this be prevented?

My bowden tubes are about 25cm and I'm using the cooling fan that came with the Chimera.
Could it be that the cooling fan is not quite up to the task when running two nozzles with 205°C?

I have now also got an image to show how the filament looks after it got stuck and I pulled it out

Are you using retraction? If so, what settings?
