    Hey,

The contrast on my LCD seems to be way up?

1, how do I change this? I think I remember something about something on back on screen to adjust this but can't find that now.

2, what's the easiest way to do this just the top 8 screws on the screen?

    Ok so resolved this.

You need to take out all top 8 screws, and then the screen 4 screws! Making sure not to drop or lose the nuts/washers and spacers.

When I tried to change the display (bottom left of screen, the blue and white pot) the white bit broke off, hopefully that's why mine was so bad contrast! Once that came off I adjusted the little screw clockwise by about half a turn and screen is good now.

Yeah I wish they added a hole for adjusting the contrast on the fly
