Hello everyone, I have a problem with my V6 extruder on the CR-10S with a bowden tube and a 0.4mm nozzle which hopefully I can get some help on. Everything was printing very well with ABS+ and then suddenly I've started getting under extrusion problems for a short distance after the start of a layer. I've done a whole variety of tests to work out the best extruder temperature and also stringing tests. I think this has started to happen more now that I am running my enclosure at a warmer temperature to help reduce ABS deformation (about 45degC). I have the settings dialled in so that there is no stringing happening during a print (so it isn't because of the nozzle emptying out during travel). Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? It looks like under extrusion? But how can that be possible without any stringing?
