What is the proper size of crimping tool needed to crimp the ferrules used for the thermistor? I have found several, all specify a range on which they work, such as AWG 23-10. Does anyone know?

    Thanks.

    Hi Fitch,

There is no need for any particular crimping tool - just use a pair of pliers to crush them. The instructions can be found on our documentation page: http://files.e3d-online.com/Drawings/E3 ... Manual.pdf

If you need anything else let me know! :)

    Cheers,
    Josh

I would still like to know what size the ferrules are so I can use the right crimping tool. Can you provide that please?

    Thanks.

OK, I think I answered my own question. For anyone else that might be interested, I think they are either 18 or 20 AWG ferrules. Measuring their outer diameter I get about 1.6mm which falls right in between the two gauges.
