So I just got my E3D-hotend and mounted it.
But for some reason the extrudet filament just curls around and gets stuck to the nozzle.
What is the reason for this?

    PLA from Faberdasherry
    195 degreeC temp
    extruding 5 mm @ 40 mm/m

    Could be several reasons:

a burr in the nozzle opening or a non-round nozzle

too much back pressure - this could be from too high extruder acceleration, too fast extrusion, too low hot end temp, etc

Did you really mean 40mm/m? That is very slow.

Also, polish the very tip of the nozzle, that helps beep plastic from sticking to it that can initiate a curl.
