I wanted something cushier and less skiddish under my BB, so I whipped up these. The socket (in ABS or similar) has a beveled recess, the pad (NinjaFlex) has a matching flare that engages the recess and holds the pad securely in place. I printed the pads at 40% infill (using a hexagonal pattern in Simplify3D), which seems to give the right amount of firmness combined with resilience. No need for different screws, the supplied M3s work fine. I doubt if these feet will make the BB any quieter, but they may damp some of the vibrations. Make 6.
