I just got your products what I ordered. There are wrong items. in there My order number is 1009664 I ordered 2X 3mm bowden full kit,2x 1.75mm bowden full kit But you sent to me one 3mm bowden full kit 2x1.75mm bowden full kit ,1.75mm direct extruder. Moreover 2x 1.75mm bowden kit There are no connectors(couplering?) between extruder and boden guide tube . I attached photo. Please reply to me ASAP!

I too was shipped a hot end missing a coupling. I tried contacting directly a couple of weeks ago, no response. c'mon guy's the product is great, decent support isn't exactly rocket science! (unless you are supporting the ISS or something)
