E0 (left extruder) works great. heats up to temp and extrudes correctly.
E1 (right extruder) does not extrude. It does reach temp and everything but I cannot get the stepper to turn.

I have swapped cables from E0 to E1, and drivers, and it appears to be the location on the ramps, and not the driver or cables themselves.
I have also jumped from the plug end, to the screw terminals to see if that worked as well but no luck.

This is also a new build, and it hasnt worked yet.

    Thanks

I've also run m302 just to verify as well. No luck

    have you tried E2 ?

you will need to change the firmware a little bit (switch IO for E1 and E2)

Only way that seems to work for me flashing firmware is by using a hex file, and I'm not to sure how to generate a hex file based on changes in marlin.

I have issues with the extruders if they're both not at temperature, have you tried heating both nozzles up and then printing (regardless of if you're only using one)

    If you install this plugin
    https://github.com/tohara/OctoPrint-BigBoxFirmware/

And in the plugin import this profile:

    default_hybrid-dual_rc7_swapE1_E2.txt

After following the instructions for installing the required packages, you should be able to flash your rumba with the above profile where I have swapped E1 and E2.

To swap E1 and E2 in pins_RUMBA.h manually the following defines has to be changed:
