I wrote to E3D at 4.1.2020 using the contact form. Because this is written here: https://e3d-online.com/return-policy "please contact support via the contact form here - https://e3d-online.com/contact." Now this is 12 days back in time. Still no response. The message was about returning one item. So I will just send the item back by mail and will not stick to the official process I guess? Greetings
Hi Nibbles, send the email again to support@e3d-online.com and it will get through, there was an issue with the form about a week ago that has subsequently been fixed.
Well I am in the exact same Position as Nibbles, I have both filled out the form and written an email to the abovementioned mailadress, both more than a week ago, and I haven't received any response to either of them.
I asked again at 18.1.2020 and got the answer at 27.1.2020. So the whole process needed 23 days. And the answer was like "No we will not take back power supply because you tested it to be able to find out that it has awfull specs". Nice!!
