    Hi,

Do you have any advice on how you would mount the thermocouple available on your website to the v6 heat block?

Hi, I would just mount the thermocouple in the same way that you mount the thermistor. I.e. separate the leads and clamp it under the screw and washer.

Be aware that the insulation is PTFE, so if you are going above 300C then you should consider using some additional insulation over the leads. (e.g. the fibreglass sleeving on our site (http://e3d-online.com/FibreGlass-Sleeving). This may be a good idea in any case because the sleeving will bulk up the legs and also reduce risk of them slipping out..
