    Hi,

I use a Creality CR10-S and modded the printer with an E3D V6 Gold Hotend, Petsfang V2 Mount + Noctua Hotend Fan.

I installed the TH3D Unified 2 (Marlin 2.0) Firmware and edited the Config for the E3DV6 Hotend. I also did a PID Autotune (with parts cooling fan @ 30%) and stored the settings.

After 10-20 minutes of printing I randomly get a "THERMAL RUNWAY:E1 ERROR". Attached also the Temp Curve from Octoprint.

Any ideas for troubleshooting / what could be wrong?

So I noticed the thermistor had a broken cable and did replace it with a new one. Temperature is now steady as a rock (first image).

But now when I print it randomly get print failures where not enough filament seems to extrude. I tried to switch to printing from SD card to exclude any potential error on the connection via the Raspberry/Octoprint and for the last print I only got to the first boat base until no more filament came out - just loud "hammering noise" from the BMG extruder.

So I expect maybe a jam in the extruder?
