    Hello,

I crashed my old Hotend and now I want to buy an E3D(v5). But there is one problem: I have an Wade-Extruder and the E3D will not fit (10mm hole)?! Is there any model of the Wade-Extruder compatible with the E3D? And where could I buy it/have printed it (I can't print it by myself)? Could I theoretically order it with the E3D (with an extra charge)?

I hope you understand, because my english (and google translator) is not the best ;)

    Best regards
    Wulle

Do you have a friend who can print one out? They are on Thingiverse.com
You just need to find someone who can print it for you. Perhaps a school near you has a 3d Printer?

    Okay, Thanks for your reply!

I will ask in the reprap-Forum!

But I have another question: Wich Carriage do you prefer? I ask because I think the E3D won't fit with the fan and my Carriage (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657)

    Best regards

After searching through Thingiverse, I did not find any carriages that might work.
I am not sure what carriage might work for you unless you can find something on the Prusa I2 Github.
If you get the extruder made, I'm sure that there has to be a way to adapt it to the carriage you already
have. It may take a little ingenuity but I believe that it can be done. Your first problem is getting the
    extruder made.

Am I able to print without cooling the Hotend?

No, I would not try to print without cooling the hotend. The Peek plastic that most hotends are made from will melt without
some kind of cooling. You should be able to rig up some sort of small fan that you can attach to the hotend with wire or something
to hold it in place. Direct the fan to point directly at the plastic part of the hotend then you should be able to print.

That is for a fan to be attached. If you use it for a mount for the E3D then how would you attach a fan to the E3D?

I don't know what the problem is?!

-I have the Wade, I could use with the E3D: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379/#files (or I will have it printed by anyone)
-Now I have the problem, that the fan is too big for my Carriage (the same as the one on the photo of the fan mount)
→ I need an other fan mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:290298

And all together could work, doesn't it?

    Or have I misunderstood you?

I think I understand what you are doing now and yes, that should all work.
The E3D comes with a fan, why do you need the other one?
