    In the commission stage it sets out the routine for calculating the Extruder offset which i have completed fine.

    mine worked out at

    T0 X = 149.3
    T1 X = 111.6

    T0 Y = 004.9
    T1 Y 005.6

    X= 149.3 - 111.6 = 37.7
    Y = 004.9 - 005.6 = -0.7

    Extruder offsets X = 37.7 Y = -0.7

    M218 T1 X 37.7 Y -0.7

    Now on the Wiki guide it says to input the code in your slicer settings is easiest and then just moves on.

    I have had a look on Simplify3D and think i have it right but wanted to check before i procede incase i fiddle with the wrong settings.

    on the simplify screen bottom left corner is "Edit Process settings"
    In that menu is a "GCode" tab

    but in there are several sections that could be right, where am i to input the numbers i have?

    is it in the Global G code offsets or Origin offset

    I presumed it was tool head offset, but it then asks you to chose which tool

    or am i looking in the wrong section?

    Gcodes are meant to be in the Scripts section. And this specific one in your start script...

    @RTBiscuit I believe anywhere after G28 is fine.
