    Hi,
There is something wrong with the extrusion.
The printer starting to print well, but at some point
it doesn’t extrude plastic anymore (see video).

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
    Thanks

Can't see from the video, but I had one instance where the filament was crossed on the spool so pulled tight, this resistance meant the hobbed wheel ground a curve in the filament so even with the spool free again it would not push the filament through as no grip on it.

what you describe about it working for a while then stopping could be heat creep causing a clog. is it a newly built hot end or had it been working before without issues?

As above, heat creep or even over cooling. It is possible on the original BB 1.0 (can't make out from the video which yours is?) to have the heat sink cooling fan fitted too low so that it blows on the heatbreak. It should only blow on the heat sink itself. Part of the problem here is that the blue shroud that the fan attaches to can also be placed upside down; placed the right way it has a slight cutout at the bottom, see the BB 1.0 build instructions.

Two things to consider, 1: Keep your retraction to less than 2mm, say 1.5mm and 2: Get the heater block socks to protect the block from the cooling fan, they are great!

The version of my BigBoxis is B.B1.1

with the code generator ‘slic3r’ I decrease the retraction to 1.5mm
and also I increase the speed for non-print moves to 200 and then 150

After a while the layers of the printing object start to shift from the correct position. See the video

    Any ideas?
