I've just performed the extruder calibration before I do my first print, however it seems way off what is should be. Firmware default is 304, after my calibration its works out to be 145 which seems very suspect. I've rechecked and is correct, i.e. it extrudes 100mm when firmware is set to 145. I've checked the stepper motors for the extruders are they are the 1.8Deg/Step ones, not the 0.9Deg/Step What should the micro stepping be set to on the rambo board? From what I can see it looks like all jumpers are on Regards, Stephen
Crap... just went through the build instructions again to double check and guess these late build nights are taking a toll, I have Extruders and Z Axis motors mixed up. Doh!!!! Oh well at least I know what it is so will change tomorrow as its nearly 01:30 so I'm off to bed.
