extruder velleman K8200 Use aluminum frame and E3D

    improvement:

used, the stability of the aluminum frame.
you can move the horizontal frame in the middle of the vertical frame.
    simply changing fillement.
easily switch from 3 mm to 1.75 fillement by changing the base block (1,75 mm block in development)
used the aluminum frame as an additional cooling.

That's why I made my own extruder.
The extruder of k8200 is a waden spring extruder.
My opinion is that the spring has only one function for a Bowden feed hotend.
In a direct feed hotend you should not use a spring.
I print 8 hours a day ABS and sometimes without heated bed but with magic tape.

    Cura settings:
    temp 245
Heated bed first 5 mm 50 degrees below 0 degrees with magic tape.
Or 0 degrees with magic tape.
