Hello all, I have a delta Kossel clone running a Titan extruder to a Bowden V6 hotend that is consistently grinding filament even when extruding at 5mm/sec. It had been working flawlessly for over a year, right up until I moved it from one room in the house to another. I didn't change anything at all, which is why this is so baffling. My current setup is: - E3d V6 hotend with genuine nozzles - Titan extruder with the a big (not pancake) motor - Duet Wifi brain - 12V power supply - Nozzle is 0.4mm - PLA filament is is a perfect 1.75mm when measured with calipers - 700 mm long PTFE Bowden tube - Cooling fan directly attached to hotend runs as long as power is on Steps to reproduce: extrude 100mm of filament at 5mm/sec or more in the Duet Wifi web console. At this point I've tried everything I can think of: - Replace filament - Clean nozzle with probe - Clean nozzle with cleaning filament - Replace nozzle with a new E3d 0.4mm one - Replace Bowden tube with new one - Disassemble and clean the extruder - Move extruder to new positions on top of the frame - Reseat extruder motor cable - Run different PLA filament - Reassemble hotend according to E3d instructions If anyone has any other ideas, I'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance for all your troubleshooting wisdom.
