    @Steven - That got to be the most beautiful looking box you have seen this year!

    @Ulrich - He is backer # 1. He posted that on Google+.

    It looks like E3D only sent his out. In their latest shipping update they only showed 1 Bigbox Box in every picture. And they stated that it was "the first of many. FedEx have even scheduled in a bigger van!"

    But I don't blame E3D, they kept word that they would start shipping before the end of the week by sending one Bigbox out. And if they need more time for the rest than they just need more time. I'm backer # 25 and my status is still on pre-order. I really hope I will get mine asap. I need my BigBox to make a E3D-V6 mount for my Bukito. My Bukito's nozzle got clogged real good this time. Unlike before I couldn't unclog it, so I tried to screw in a E3D nozzle which failed, I 'screwed' the threads so I'm replacing the original spitfire hotend with an E3D-V6. But I need the BigBox to do it! Santa do you hear me? :)

    Looks can be deceiving. I cannot begin to tell you how well the box is packed.

    So what color is the frame? Looks like slate gray.
    Looks like someone did their homework when figuring how to best pack that thing.

    All of the primary assemblies, including the extruder, are done and now I am moving on to assembling the x-axis.

    This might be it until tomorrow as I have a few questions for the BigBox team.

    Thanks for watching!

    Who else puts scales and a 'Home' arrow on their print beds? More than ever I'm confident I made a good choice. Look forward to finding out if its performance meets your expectations...and of course you know we're all salivating & sick with envy.:cool:

    That printbed on the dark support looks really sharp.

    Is this black acrylic? I thought slate grey is the only dark thing offered?

    It is slate gray. It just looks darker in the picture.
