I saw a twitter post from E3D showing a Benchy being printed really fast. I wanted to test the limits of my own printer. The printer is a Cetus3D MkII modified with a Duet 3D 0.85 and a Hemera extruder. The fastest actual speed (reported by the Duet web gui) is about 250 mm/s. 20% Honeycomb infill 3 perimiters Layer height 0.20mm Print time 40 min Not a perfect print but in my opinion really good at this speed.
That's pretty awesome for those speeds! With a volcano block brings even more speed (I regularly print at 120mm/s with 1200mm/s2 acceleration and a 0.6 nozzle). Tuning your motion system so that you're not skipping steps will bring even nicer results. On a side note, got a link for that PCF duct? The one I'm using is quite inadequate for a 5015 blower
