I was loading Prusament Orange filament into the Hemera and for some strange reason, the extruder gears got stuck. The filament is not even in the gears yet. The empty extruder gears just keeps on making grinding sound and won't make any turns.

I had to open the extruder gear section of Hemera, and used compressed air to blow at it. After I assembled it back together, I was able to load the filament back in.

But ever since then, I'm getting really bumpy shells from all my prints. Regardless of how I adjust the extrusion multiplier or the retraction settings.

Anyone else have had this issue?
The attached image is an one layer, no top, hollow cube. It's walls are really bumpy.
