I tryed with no diference. After a time it clogged. And I tried with a new fan. Now I'm looking for the original Bowden system and I believe that Hemera will finish in the tray. Never I had a problem like this in any of my printers. I need it and I can't stop it for more time.

I have to do it, but I believe that there aren't solution really. A critical design or something similar. When the weather started to be hot, over 25ºC, it started to fail. The hot breaker is small and it's walls are very thick, so thermal transmission fails although using thermal compound and a fan so noisy

I have also the same Problem my hemera get extrem underextrusion after few layers and then after 1-2 h its blocking, the heatbreak did not work well... i upgrade the Fan with a 40x40x20 sunon fan but it did not help. I only have a retraction of 1mm . Any ideas?

I have the EXACT problem. Tried literally everything, still have the issue. Something is wrong, design/tolerance wise. Jams up just before the heat break, at the bottom of the extruder gear. REALLY REALLY frustrating, like so much so my printer has almost gone out the window more than a few times....I just now contacted e3d, hopefully they know the issue and can save me (and my printer) from combustion
