Hello, I have an original Hemera I purchased about 5 or so months ago but just got around to installing it on my Creality cr-10v3. The issue I see is that after getting the calibration work done, everything I try to print starts off fine, but somewhere above 15 or so layers in, the extruder seems to stop extruding filament. I'll see everything looks good to that point but the printer keeps going without pushing filament. Honestly, it took me a few times going through this thinking fan speed, temp, etc was causing bad layers but I finally noticed, there is nothing to clean off the nozzle. The gears inside turn, but the filament is not moving. Tightened the knob, did a load filament, seems to work OK, go to print and sure enough, after a while the gears are turning but no filament extruding. The filament is 3dxtech carbon fiber PLA and measures spot on for diameter and printing at 215 / 55. They say a .4 nozzle is supported and that's what I'm using. Any ideas? All other settings like retraction and all are pretty normal. Compiled 2.0.9 marlin and followed the e3d instruction and triple checked it. Any suggestions welcome. Bob
