    Hi guys,

I have this weird problem and no matter what I can't get rid of it.

I think I have literally tried everything; Hardware (exept for the frame and steppermotors) is changed - even the mainboard. Regarding the slicer I have tried both Cura, S3D and PrusaSlicer, retraction distances from 0-2mm in 0.1mm increments, retraction speeds from 1-100mm/s in 5mm/s increments, from super slow print speed to pushing the limits-fast, all settings regarding coasting and wipe and so on... I have wasted on the good side of 2kg of filament to try getting rid of it And about twice the price of Hemera in hardware), but nothing helps. The best result i got from 0 retraction but then stringing and so on becomes a major problem.

At first I thougt is was my v-rollers, so they got changed - didn't help.
Then I started playing with acceleration, jerk and junction deviation - No change.
Then I started playing around with slicersettings and different slicers - no change.
Then I disassebled the whole printer, fine tuning the frame, cleaned everything and got all v-rollers running smoother than ever, making sure everything was level and square. After I assembled it again I made calibrations to for every axis and also esteps; 397 and it spits out 100mm of filament to the dot!... But again... No change.
Last but not least I bought a BTT SKR Mini E3 V2.0 with TMC2209 stepperdrivers and got it tuned in, because i thought that it might have something to do with not being able to use Linear Advance - Also no change at all. BUT... I made some kind of discovery; When I made the pattern for the LA the K-value of 0 was the cleanest... And that was not very clean at all - almost like i should use a negative K-value. But that's not possible.

So... What am I overlooking? And what kind of information do you guys need to help?

Have uploaded some pictures for you to see.

Hey there, did you find out what it was? I struggle with the same problem since i have the Hermera......Also changed everything but the steppers....
I also tried different Feedrates, Flowrates and so on, no change -.-

My brother has a Hermera that*s working perfect, not a single problem since he first installed it... :S

Tbh, I am thinking about doing the same. Thank's for the reply :)
It's very annoying knowing how good results could be!!
