Hi, has someone ever tried routing air from a bigger fan first through the cooling ribs of the hotend and then onto model cooling. The min airflow would have to be configured in a way that its enough to keep the hotend cool. Im trying to get my printer quieter and the fans are the loudest, so a bigger fan that runs slower could produce the same or even more airflow. Cheers
You'd be far better served by purchasing quality fans. Axial fans do not build enough pressure to be ducted around corners.
