I would like to know which is the best procedure to change nozzles.
Depending on the model, the quality you want or the ptinting time, I would like to use nozzles from 0,25 to 0,6.
I didn't find any video or manual steps explaining how to change the nozzle in a secure manner.

    Maybe the steps would be:

1- warm hotend ultil 230 degrees (for ABS)
    2- retract the filament 10mm
    3- remove the nozzel
4- be sure that the blockheater is free os plastic
    5- install the new nozzle

Could someone tell me which is the best way to change the nozzle?

    many thanks

Your method of changing the nozzle is fine.
The only thing I would add is to have a spanner wrench to hold the heat body from turning
while you are replacing the nozzle.
Please be careful, those things are hot!

Never burnt myself but my thermistor fell out when I tried to remove the nozzle and my peek insulator started smokin'.
But all that led to this metal hotend and this forum

You can also just loosen the nozzle while it is hot, let it cool, change the nozzle and heat it for final tightening.
