I am searching on google and seem to be no closer than when I started!

I am trying to flash one of Alex's files but it seems it gives me the hex file rather than the usual configuration.h.

any ideas what thing/step I am missing? Using windows 10 if that matters at all.

    thanks,
    Pierce

If you go the Alex's area here click the link to the version then click on "Workspace" and you will find the files you need with a zip available.

Thanks! Using the link to the flashing guide I ended up using the OctoPrint plug in and it's all updated now :)

I wouldn't look in there. The workspace is the 'workspace'. I have to do things in there, moving dirs, installing libs, which have nothing to do with the code.
Goto Github to have a look at the code and download it from there... You can get a ZIP too...
