I've got a 1.1 hybrid dual and according to instructions I've calculated my nozzle offsets as follows:

    M218 T1 X38.4 Y-1.2

I'm a little confused as to where to add this command - OctoPrint has a box where I can enter this before every print and seems like the most logical place, but other instructions say to put it in S3D.

Can anyone clarify(assuming I will pretty much always be using Octoprint unless I am missing something obvious).

I put it in S3D (even though I also use octoprint). That way the G code I generate works through octoprint or from the sd card. Not sure if there are any advantages to having it in Octoprint.
