Inserting hot-ends into the print head - BB V1.1 Hybrid Dual Titan

    Are the hot ends supposed to fit into the holes in the print head assembly as shown here below? It looks like I'm going to have to ream out the holes a bit as they don't want to fit as is.

    Yep, that's where they need to go, so you'll need to get reaming. Don't overdo it though as they do need to be held securely.

    As @Sarah Nicholson says. But I would like to emphasise more do not over do it. Better to have some resistance entering them than loose.

    When I built mine I thought I was going to have to open the hole slightly but found I was able to get it in with a little pressure

    Although not sure how I'll get them out if ever needed to:)

    One question I had, how far should they go in? I think I have that small lip of the hot end almost flush with the body.

    Success, used a large file to remove a very smal amount of material, tested fit of hot-end, filed again until significant force was required but was able to insert hot end into print head until, I assume, it met the O-ring. I'll send photos when the print head is fully assembled.
